In December of 2009, I had the unique opportunity of flying out to Connecticut to interview Whistleblower Richard Andrew Grove about his story explaining the Corporate Fraud he had uncovered and proven in Court. I had first heard of Richard in mid-2006, when his Project Constellation “message-in-a-bottle” audio recording blazed its way through the internet, thanks to http://Meria.net Living and working in New York at the time, Grove had born witness to the 9/11 attacks. In fact, on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, he was late for a meeting with his former co-workers on the 96th floor of the WTC North Tower when it was struck, and he was left with many questions about what had really happened that day and why.
It wasn’t until a few years later, while working as an Enterprise Software Salesman for Legato/EMC Corp; that Richard Grove began to see the larger picture – that 9/11 as a profitable event, was being used as a catalyst for other planned horrific and profitable events.
Because of the Enron/Tyco/Worldcom Accounting scandals, The “Sarbanes-Oxley”Act of 2002 was passed by congress to regulate the Financial Services Industry. Among other measures, “Sarbanes-Oxley” stated that Compliance Software would be mandatory for the Computer Systems of most major companies engaged in some type of Financial Services, to ensure they were accountable, and that their operations would be kept above board.
One of these elements would be the Preservation of E-mails and Transaction Records within the company; especially involving anyone making executive or financial decisions.
While still trying to piece together how and why the events of 9/11 had occurred, Grove discovered that the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Software he was tasked with selling for Legato/EMC, had a Backdoor that not only allowed fraudulent transactions to occur, but for concealment, and untraceable deletion of transaction and emails to occur!
After being unfairly terminated by his employers for exposing this corruption, Richard Grove went to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), who not only discouraged Grove from pursuing the matter, but bought the same Backdoor software several months later!
Even after Richard Andrew Grove took his former employers to Court as a Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower, representing HIMSELF, and WON his case, the judge rendered himself unable to proceed due to a technicality, and just like that, despite all his work, his Whistleblower “status” was pulled, and Richard saw the True Farce of Justice.
It wasn’t until attempting to get his story out by working with investigative journalist Lowell Bergman of PBS’s popular “Frontline”, and having that experience subverted by an outside influence; that Grove decided he would have to find a way to use his own voice.
After reading several hundred books, and teaching himself much about filming, recording and producing his own media, Richard and I connected in 2006, and have worked together to produce several informative works, including “Hijacking Humanity”, “A Film to End All Wars”, http://TragedyandHope.com, & http://PeaceRevolution.org.
